Upon receiving your order, we'll process your order as soon as possible (most likely within 12 hours) and send you an email/sms with your order detail and payment options.

Important: If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please call us. Sometimes, it could happen that your emails did not reach us or our reply did not reach you, vice versa.
Shipping & Delivery

We are offering free normal local mail delivery for all orders amount* of S$100 S$50 and above.

For order amount* of S$100 and above, you will enjoy 5% discount on regular priced items. Our ecommerce/shopping cart system is unable to automatically apply the discount. Don't need to worry, we will manually send you an email with the correct amount.

  • Local (Singapore)

    Local Delivery options

    • Normal Mail - Free with every order.
    • Registered Mail - Additional S$2.25
    • 2 working day local courier service - $9.00.
    • Self collection - You may collect your order at our place at a pre-arranged time - with no delivery fee.

    For local normal mail and local registered mail, it will usually take 2-3 days to deliver.

    We regret that we will not be responsible for any lost packages sent via SingPost normal mail delivery. Please opt for courier service or registered mail delivery if this is a concern to you.

  • International

    We deliver to anywhere in the world via Singapore SpeedPost or any other courier services. Let us know your preference and we will advise you on the charges accordingly.

Payment Methods
  1. We accept local bank transfer including Internet banking transfer and ATM transfer to our bank accounts
  2. We accept Cash deposit to our bank accounts
  3. We accept S$ cheque payment.

  4. We accept Cash Payment for self collection
  5. We accept Paypal for international order. We have not integrate PayPal into our checkout process. Instead, we will send an invoice to your email address through PayPal.

We have bank accounts from POSB and OCBC. Details of our bank accounts will be made available to you after your order is placed.

Upon receiving your payment, we will send out your order latest by next working day.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly accept any request (except On Sale / Discounted / special priced items or panties) to exchange for different size, same design that is made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. If the item does not fit you, you're welcomed to exchange the items you have purchased. However, We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated.

Terms & Conditions

  • Exchange cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
  • Exchange can only be made for different size, same design.
  • Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, in a re-sellable/original condition.
  • We have the right to reject any returned item that we think it is not in the re-sellable/original condition.
  • Exchange Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost.
  • Customer will be responsible to ensure returned items will be delivered to us.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss of returned item delivering to us.
  • Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, panties cannot be exchanged.
  • On Sale / Discounted / special priced items are final sales and can be returned for exchange by topping up to its regular price.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.

Order Cancellation

We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Colors and Prints
Since many computer monitors vary, actual colors of the items offered for sale may be a little different from what you see on these pages. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
