Upon receiving your order, we'll process your order as soon as possible (most likely within 12 hours) and send you an email/sms with your order detail and payment options.

Important: If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please call us. Sometimes, it could happen that your emails did not reach us or our reply did not reach you, vice versa.
Shipping & Delivery

For a limited time, we're offering free normal local mail delivery for order amount* of S$100 S$50 and above.

For order amount* of S$100 and above, you will enjoy 5% discount on regular priced items in additional to free local delivery. Our ecommerce/shopping cart system is unable to automatically apply the discount. Don't worry, we will manually send you an email with the correct amount.

For order with amount below S$50, to speedup the overall ordering process, we are now charging a flat rate of S$1.50.

  • Local (Singapore)

    Local Delivery options

    • Normal Mail - Free with order amount of S$50 and above, flat rate of S$1.50 otherwise.
    • Registered Mail - Additional S$2.25
    • Singapore SpeedPost - S$9.15 for same day express. Please check with Speedpost website for other options.
    • Self collection - You may collect your order at our place at a pre-arranged time - with no delivery fee.

    For local normal mail and local registered mail, it will usually take 2-3 days to deliver.

  • International

    We deliver to anywhere in the world via Singapore SpeedPost or any other courier services. Let us know your preference and we will advise you on the charges accordingly.

Payment Methods
  1. We accept local bank transfer including Internet banking transfer and ATM transfer to our bank accounts
  2. We accept Cash deposit to our bank accounts
  3. We accept S$ cheque payment.

  4. We accept Cash Payment for self collection
  5. We accept Paypal for international order. We have not integrate PayPal into our checkout process. Instead, we will send an invoice to your email address through PayPal.

We have bank accounts from POSB, OCBC, UOB and MayBank. Details of our bank acounts will be made available to you after your order is received.

Upon receiving your payment, we will send out your order latest by next working day. If you do need your items urgently, we are more than happy to make special arrangement for you. We have one customer made an order in the middle of the night, and receive her order the next day. Our customers always like our speedy responses and services.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly accept any request (except Discounted / special priced items or panties) to exchange that is made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. If the item does not fit you, you're welcomed to exchange the items you have purchased. However, We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated.

Terms & Conditions

  • Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
  • Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
  • Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges
  • Exchange Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, panties cannot be exchanged.

For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be credited into customers' accounts with us as shopping points (with cash value), which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.

Order Cancellation

We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Colors and Prints
Since many computer monitors vary, actual colors of the items offered for sale may be a little different from what you see on these pages. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
